I only ever get online on my phone so I kind of have limited access (and was really lucky that my phone actually let me register on here!) But for academic sites I would say Wiccaseminary.org It is the website for the Our Lady of Enchantment Seminary developed by Lady Sabrina. They offer alot of really great courses of a wide variety & even offer a degree program which gives legal ministerial credentials. And if you are looking to buy candles you should check out Walkingmoon.com Ava (the Witch who makes the candles) is a wonderful person & personally charges alot of the candles (double action candles, point candles & that kind of thing.) I have met her personally & can attest to the strength & usefulness of her candles. She also makes absolutely gorgeous brooms/besoms but, sadly, I don't think she sells those on the website.

The only thing I would add is, be careful about online sites that offer degree programs. While they may call it a degree, unless they are accredited by a graoup approved by the US Department of Education, that degree will count for nothing. Not to say you won't learn things, and they may offer legal credentials for the clergy, but the degree itself won't be recognized anywhere. I have another site to add:

    Cherry Hill Seminary

Yet another great Pagan school, they aren't accredited (as yet), but I believe they are moving forward with that. This is the school I plan on doing my grad work at, if they gain their accreditation.

Well by degree I mean Wiccan degrees, not an academic degree like a bachelors or anything. I should have clarified. But it is the program my High Priestess took & she speaks very, very highly of it. I have actually heard of Cherry Hill. I was looking into them not very long ago, but from what I understand they are only graduate level? I haven't gotten to college yet so it would have to wait for me to get a degree first.

Oh, doi! Should've guessed that. But you know how many places out there offer scam degrees, academic and otherwise, and whenever I hear degree, I always think academic first. Sorry.

Yeah, right now Cherry Hill's only offering grad level. I figure by the time I'm done with my undergrad work (2012), they'll be accredited and I can do my grad work there. It also works that they're a distance learning institute, so if my dreams come true and I move out to Seattle after graduation, it won't affect my courses at all.

Lol, yeah like I said I should have clarified. Lol. There are deffinitely alot of places out there that offer phony degrees ( & ministerial credentials as well I found out.) That is one thing that is also great about Our Lady of Enchantment, you can take mail-order courses. I don't live in California so it is the way I plan on doing it. I have to say though, one of the best places to learn is with a Coven you are connected with. Most offer Study Groups once or twice a month & if you are already bonded with the people, there is no better way to learn! My Coven is holding a study group tomorrow on The Witches Qabalah, I'm very excited as my High Priestess says it will be a really great class!
